This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark’s brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market. Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth. Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or above - At least 3 years of marketing experience in the Japan market, specifically within B2B SaaS or Enterprise Services - Solid understanding of Japanese business practices and local market dynamics - Proven experience in content marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing - Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment - Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to facilitate clear and accurate communication with Japanese and Mandarin-speaking internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prior experience in high-growth SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation (DX) sectors - Hands-on experience in CMS management, social media growth, and storytelling through customer success cases - A strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer value into compelling marketing narratives.
