This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing corporate office network infrastructure supporting Coupang’s global operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of network environments while collaborating closely with Security, IT Infrastructure, and End-User Technology teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSA, or equivalent 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and support Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts Hands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and ISE Working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls Solid understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control Strong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Business level communication in both Japanese and English
Experience working in multinational corporate environments Ability to operate effectively in high-paced, cross-cultural settings Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
