MicrosoftMicrosoft Consulting Services is looking for a consultant with talent and passion to support the construction and operation of AI governance for enterprise customers using Agent365 and Microsoft products (Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.). With the rapid spread of generative AI and agent technology, the demand for 'responsible AI use', 'risk management', and 'compliance' in companies is increasing. In this position, you will support the execution of customer AI strategies through a three-pronged approach of technology, control, and operation.
Minimum Requirements - 5+ years of practical experience in IT consulting or IT department of a business - Specialized knowledge and implementation experience in information security governance (ISMS, NIST CSF, SOC2, etc.), data governance and privacy (Personal Information Protection Act, GDPR, etc.), or cloud governance (control design for Azure/M365 environments) - Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms - Native level Japanese, business level English
Preferred Requirements - Experience in implementation and operation of generative AI / LLM / AI agent-related projects - Implementation experience of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender product groups - Knowledge of AI ethics and Responsible AI, relevant certifications (IAPP AIGP, etc.) - Understanding of regulations such as EU AI Act and AI business operator guidelines (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) - Experience in regulatory compliance in specific industries (finance, manufacturing, public, healthcare) - Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, AZ-500, SC-100, AI-102, etc.
