• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field • 0–2 years of professional experience in data management, operations, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and quality • Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel) and familiarity with enterprise systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with master data management or data governance processes • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms) • Experience in a shared services or global operations environment • Familiarity with automation tools or digital technologies • Experience extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data from multiple data sources • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements • Knowledge of compliance, audit, or data quality standards
