ByteDanceWe are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our enterprise software team in Japan. The Solution Engineer organization is responsible for our pre-sales process including discovery, needs analysis, demo, and other activities needed to partner with the Sales team in an enterprise software sales cycle. Delivers customer needs to the Global R&D team as a communication bridge, and make the products more suitable for Japan market.
- Excellent RDB Design capability and experience - 3+ years of experience in enterprise software solution engineering or highly relatable functions - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Self-driven and track record in exceeding goals - Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes - Highly strategic with strong product sense for innovative enterprise software
- Knowledge of enterprise office collaboration software - Knowledge of corporate shared services functions - "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
