The Success Guide plays a crucial role in enhancing the value of Salesforce products implemented by customers and promoting their adoption. The Success Guide provides one-on-one guidance using deep knowledge of Salesforce products and expertise in utilization and adoption to help customers succeed with Salesforce. The types of guidance provided by the Success Guide range from onboarding customers who have just implemented Salesforce products to appropriate setup methods and effective usage of products and features, as well as organizational transformation. The manager of the Success Guide team determines team policies and priorities to contribute to customer success as a team, collaborates with stakeholders within Salesforce to achieve goals, develops team members to maximize team strength, and manages performance. Additionally, through career path support, the manager guides members to perform at their best. It is required to be self-reliant, proactive, passionate about customer success, and to provide high-quality service, contributing to high customer satisfaction and actively expanding the business.
3+ years of team management experience in customer success-related departments or resource management in operations and technical departments, including team management experience Ability to understand team and member challenges and barriers, prioritize, and execute improvements Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all roles and levels Ability to maximize team strength while leveraging the individuality of members with diverse experiences Data-driven analysis and problem-solving skills Japanese - Native level (reading, writing, and speaking) English - Business level (reading and writing)
Relevant Salesforce product certifications Basic knowledge of information technology (servers, networks, databases, etc.) underlying general SaaS/PaaS products
