SalesforceThe Equality & Engagement Team is looking for a data-driven leader focused on leading the regional employer branding and talent marketing function that is responsible for positioning the company as a great place to work in our desired markets in Japan, Korea and Taiwan (JPKT). This position requires ownership of employer branding & marketing strategy including impactful multi-channel campaign planning and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
10-12 years in a Talent Marketing/Recruitment Marketing or Marketing Demand Generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company.
Knowledge of digital marketing as well as various marketing material production, a plus.
