Job Description
The Business Support System Product Management Department (BSPMD) is responsible for providing a unified product strategy for the Business Support System (BSS) that integrates with the Rakuten ecosystem to maximize Rakuten Mobile's business potential. Our core missions are managing the product development lifecycle by focusing on project ROI, building a unified BSS platform, and enhancing our AI-driven platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product management or high-level design/R&D at a vendor. Strong understanding of IT technical skills, including protocols, databases, and coding. Proven experience in clarifying business and system requirements. Proficient in creating functional and interface specification documents. Experienced in developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios. Hands-on experience with production troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to manage parallel development projects effectively. High proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 level or above).
Preferred Requirements
Experience of BSS in telecom industry. Experience of development/coding/SQL. Experience of Billing/Payment/EC Portal/API based integration.
