PfizerTo maximize the performance of the CF organization, manage and analyze KPIs and various data from an organization-wide perspective. Promote operational efficiency through strategic co-creation and continuous quality improvement of CF tools, enhance visualization capabilities through the design and advancement of CF standard metrics and KPI reports that support decision-making, and manage change for establishment. Systematically manage and optimize CF standard metrics to establish an analytical foundation, improve data quality through integrated management of CF-related data and refinement of master data, and support decision-making and optimize business processes through advanced analysis and utilization of CF data.
More than 5 years of experience in system implementation/system consulting at a major SIer or IT consulting firm. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Experience in analytics & insights, marketing, and other headquarters operations is desirable. TOEIC score of 730 or higher (equivalent to CASEC). Business level communication in English, both oral and written. Bachelor's degree or higher.
Basic knowledge and experience in using Salesforce (preferred). Skills related to data analysis and analytics. Knowledge of BI tools in general and experience in dashboard design and construction (PowerBI). Practical experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis using statistical methods and advanced analytics.
