SalesforceThe role of this position is to formulate the vision and project approach for large-scale transformation projects for customers in the Communications, Media & Technology industry, and to play a key role in leading and driving the execution of those projects to ensure customer success. There are two main roles: 1. Project Proposal to Customers Collaborate with account partners (service sales representatives) to propose consulting projects and implementation projects by Salesforce's Professional Services, leading pre- and post-order proposal activities. In particular, it is required to formulate the optimal project approach based on the customer's issues and the objectives of the transformation project, and to collaborate with other members of the organization to identify the necessary service resources. 2. Leadership to Lead Project Success After winning the project, take responsibility for driving or supporting the entire project as an industry or delivery expert, ensuring the project's success and ultimately leading to customer success. It is required to build and maintain relationships with customer executives, proactively enhance project quality, and work with members of the organization's expertise to bring necessary insights to the project.
Over 10 years of experience in delivering consulting services or equivalent experience in a business company (establishing, executing, and managing in-house IT organizations, executing transformation projects and DX projects within a business company, etc.)
Business consulting backed by practical experience, or knowledge and experience in IT technology, application functionality, and project management (planning for transformation, business construction, solution creation, formulation of implementation methodologies and roadmaps, etc.)
