The Signature Support team is looking for a Senior Manager. You will be responsible for providing paid support services in Japan, collaborating with team members, development and operations departments, and other business units to deliver high-quality technical support to customers while driving business strategy and contributing to the expansion of paid support services. The team members you will oversee possess high technical skills, deep knowledge, and situational communication abilities to quickly resolve urgent and complex issues. It is required to optimize service content and operations to maximize each member's capabilities, create a conducive work environment, and maintain constant communication to deepen understanding of team members. Additionally, strong ownership to lead the team in the event of significant issues and the ability to understand technical matters and explain them to customers are necessary, requiring not only team management skills but also practical capabilities.
Desire to achieve high customer satisfaction Appropriate and flexible communication skills with customers Strong orientation and ability to solve problems organizationally High adaptability, quick learning, and flexible thinking Ability and attitude to cooperate across departments and positions Ability to maintain high motivation and perform tasks independently Numerical management and analytical skills Ability to create and manage service explanation materials for customers English reading, writing, and communication Deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas: - Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, Web Framework, etc.) - Server-side technologies (SQL, object-oriented languages like Java, application servers, databases, etc.) Practical experience in one or more of the following: - Management and problem-solving of databases and relational data structures - Management and problem-solving in large data processing or multi-tenant environments - Programming or software development using APIs - Software development lifecycle - Operation and development of Salesforce
Over 2 years of experience managing engineering teams Over 2 years of technical support or developer experience related to Salesforce CRM or Lightning Platform Over 2 years of technical support or developer experience related to marketing automation Technical experience related to Salesforce CRM or Lightning Platform Technical knowledge and experience to understand Salesforce applications and solutions Experience in developing Visualforce and Apex Experience in developing Lightning Web Components High English proficiency (including conversation) Certifications such as: - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer - Salesforce Certified Advanced Platform Developer - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
