At least 1 year of practical experience in software quality management (QA) at a system company, OR at least 3 years of experience in software test planning, test design, and test design document creation at a system company. Ability to perform quality analysis. Strong summarization skills and excellent Japanese writing proficiency. Ability to build smooth communication with various organizations. Proactive in thinking and taking action. Flexible and positive in handling sudden changes in circumstances.
Working experience at the financial institution. Experience in system development. Have test qualifications such as JSTQB.
