Job Description
The Global Ad Technology Department (GATD) manages the whole of the advertising systems that power Rakuten. We are a cross-functional and data-driven organization working together in a diverse team spread across five countries: Japan, Singapore, India, China and UK. Our vision is to empower our internal and external stakeholders by providing data driven marketing solutions by developing the Ad delivery, Tracking, Reporting and Data Sync Platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for working with the marketing team and business product teams to develop digital marketing initiatives to contribute to Rakuten Ichiba's growth.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in developing, planning or definition of system requirements related systems for digital advertising while communicating directly with clients or business side stakeholders. Experience in web (or App) application development (Programming, System design). Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in leading multiple products as product manager. Proactive self-starter with self-motivated mind. Strong get-things-done mind with a sense of ownership. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability. 5+ years of experience in IT industry including system development or product planning/Sales experience.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in digital advertising operation or product planning. Pre-sales experience (regardless of digital advertising). Experience in product planning or PJM (regardless of digital advertising). Experience as an IT consultant. Coordination between stakeholders with different interests. Experience of working with stakeholders outside of Japan. Business level Japanese.
