As Driving CPO, you are accountable for maximizing product value in the Driving domain (ADAS/Automated Driving) by defining and leading the product strategy end-to-end — from customer value and system requirements to product release. You act as the central interface between customer, business, and engineering to ensure a competitive, scalable, and high-quality product.
Minimum Requirements
Technical knowledge of ADAS / Automated Driving systems (Perception, Planning, Vehicle Control). Experience in system engineering, requirement management, and architecture. Familiarity with Agile development and ASPICE. Japanese language.
Preferred Requirements
Strong product ownership mindset with focus on customer value. Cross-functional leadership in global, multi-company setup. Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and decision-making under uncertainty.
