The Success Architect role requires technical expertise in Salesforce products along with a broad understanding of architecture and technical strategy, providing proactive and reactive support to help our customers maximize the business value of Salesforce products. The Success Architect advises customers, particularly those with Signature Success Plan contracts, using their own skills as well as Salesforce's global know-how and best practices to solve technical and business challenges. We are looking for Success Architects with demonstrable skills and experience in one or more of Salesforce's diverse products, with a particular emphasis on Slack skills and experience being essential, along with skills in Data360 and Core Platform, although the range of products to be handled is not limited.
Extensive experience in the following areas (preferably related to Salesforce or related applications): consulting, technical support, account management, project management. Experience approaching challenges from the customer's perspective. Experience in value proposition and communication to executive-level customers. Over 1 year of operational experience related to Slack products (administrative tasks). Experience defining and understanding user business requirements to support organizational governance enhancement. Understanding and keeping up with AI trends. Presentation skills. Experience dealing with large, technically advanced customers who constantly face product functionality challenges. Ability to prioritize and execute effectively under difficult and high-pressure situations. Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business language, as well as map technical functionalities to business requirements. Understanding of database, application, and network technologies in the world of cloud computing (multi-tenant). Ability to communicate by appropriately controlling the abstraction and specificity of messages according to the audience. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning about new technologies and functionalities. Ability to maintain high motivation and perform tasks autonomously and independently. Ability and attitude to collaborate across departments and positions.
Slack certification; Salesforce Certified Slack Administrator obtained or can be obtained within 3 months. Certification in Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud); Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator obtained or can be obtained within 3 months. Experience in speaking at events; experience explaining and sharing product knowledge at user gatherings or online broadcasts. Administrative experience with other communication products (Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, etc.). Experience in AI-related utilization/implementation work.
