Tenstorrent is looking for a Support Engineer for AI Infrastructure to support the stable operation of AI servers and related infrastructure. In this position, you will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of systems including GPU clusters, storage, and networking equipment, contributing to the maintenance of a highly available AI infrastructure environment while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in maintenance of x86 servers or GPU servers Skills in troubleshooting hardware failures (power, memory, storage, PCIe, GPU, etc.) Experience operating in a Linux environment (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, etc.) Basic network knowledge (L2/L3, TCP/IP, DHCP, IPMI) Experience in technical support at customer sites or onsite support experience Experience in creating documentation related to troubleshooting and maintenance tasks Experience using diagnostic tools such as IPMItool, smartctl, nvidia-smi Ability to read English manuals and experience communicating with overseas support desks Conversational English ability (capable of Q&A among engineers)
