As a technical leader driving business transformation through customer AI utilization, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and establishment of Salesforce's AI solutions, including the autonomous AI agent 'Agentforce', starting from the analysis and visualization of current operations. The role does not stop at system construction according to specifications. You will start by analyzing and visualizing the entire customer business, including areas that are already systematized as well as those handled manually or personally, and systematizing it as a business model. You will then identify which operations can achieve high effectiveness when assigned to AI agents and carry out the design, construction, verification, and production deployment, as well as the establishment and internalization after operation, with responsibility.
Practical experience in business analysis and system construction: Experience in the entire process from business analysis and requirements definition to design, construction, testing, and production migration in IT system construction, based on standard development methods and project management methods, and having experience in developing or leading projects with responsibility. The required years of experience are assumed as follows based on the grade at the time of joining (Consultant class: 5 years or more, Architect class: 6 years or more, Senior/Director Architect class: 11 years or more).
