Bachelor’s/University degree, 3 years+ of relevant experience in Fixed Income or Equity Cash Sales Middle Office, or Fixed Income Settlement Operations (preferred), Demonstrated comprehension of Fixed Income (preferred), Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive, Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise, Strong risk management and control mindset, Japanese: native or business level for both writing and speaking, English: business level.
