High communication skills in Japanese to effectively convey information to organizational leaders and management. Business-level English proficiency to collaborate and discuss with global teams. Experience leading AI tool implementation and adoption projects. Experience in operational design and management of business applications like Salesforce. Proven track record of leading large-scale change management projects and achieving high user adoption rates. Project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time. Practical data analysis skills to identify trends, issues, and improvement points related to customer success. Ability to create clear and persuasive materials and documents using data and logical thinking. Collaboration skills to build good relationships with team members and stakeholders and actively work together. Leadership to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
Salesforce product certification. Project management certification. Practical experience in customer success and account management. Language skills in Korean and Chinese. Operational experience in B2B technology companies.
