Experience in inter-carrier connectivity or roaming-related operations within the telecommunications industry (MNO or MVNO). Experience in business negotiations, contract execution, and alliance building with domestic and/or international telecommunications operators. Basic understanding of mobile network technologies. Experience conducting business in English with foreign companies (proficiency level is negotiable). Some form of sales experience (experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus).
