Professional experience in quality-related operations within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industries Basic knowledge of the PMD Act (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act) and related regulations Logical thinking skills to structurally analyze issues based on facts, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and drive the formulation of rules English proficiency to conduct business operations (at a level capable of email communication with overseas counterparts)
