A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 1+ years’ experience in program or project management, internal strategy or product launches Fluency in English A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones Proficiency in working autonomously with data using tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel Demonstrated capacity to build compelling business cases and align stakeholders to drive execution An interest in the financial industry and contributing to meaningful product or strategy initiatives
Familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth environments A Background in financial services or fintech Fluency in Japanese
