This position is responsible for driving technological innovation to create a new lifestyle culture that does not yet exist in the suncare category. In this position (Suncare Group 2), the focus will primarily be on the formulation development of daytime skincare products with SPF for facial use, such as Elixir's Day Care Revolution, Clé de Peau Beauté, and BeneFit's SPF makeup base, as well as primers. Through product development that incorporates personal creativity, you will contribute to the beauty and health of consumers while also broadly promoting research and development activities for new technologies to be incorporated into new products aimed at the global market.
- Knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, or biology at the master's level - Experience in the development of SPF products (more than 3 years); experience in developing SPF products is essential, even if not specifically in sunscreen - IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. (practical level) - English communication skills equivalent to TOEIC L/R 730 or S/W 130/140 or higher
