The Endpoint Solution Engineering team supports customers in building their AI utilization infrastructure and modernizing endpoints, focusing on Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra. We are not just a technical proposal organization; we are a technical sales organization that leads corporate transformation by envisioning new work styles for the AI era in collaboration with our customers and realizing new business models utilizing Copilots and AI Agents. In this position, you will leverage your knowledge of VDI/DaaS and infrastructure while expanding your expertise into AI, Security, and Azure, driving your customers' digital transformation. High technical skills are not the only requirement; we seek business-oriented professionals who take responsibility for business growth in their territory, influence customer decision-making, and drive the expansion of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop businesses. We are looking for individuals who want to define the work styles of the AI era and create the foundational infrastructure to realize them, connecting cloud, endpoints, security, and AI to lead customer transformation at the forefront.
You must have one of the following experiences or educational backgrounds: - More than 5 years of practical experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with more than 4 years of practical experience in the same field - A master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with more than 3 years of practical experience in the same field - Or equivalent experience or skills Additionally, you must meet the following conditions: - More than 4 years of practical experience in designing, architecting, migrating, and managing industry-standard technologies for cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure - High communication skills in Japanese (fluent conversation, reading, and writing) - Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation)
