CitibankCitigroup Global Markets Japan (CGMJ) is seeking a candidate to join its Markets Middle Office organization in our Fixed Income Sales Middle Office team. This role will have close interaction with various businesses, mainly the Tokyo-based Fixed Income Sales which deals with Rates and Spread Products (Derivatives and Bond). Prior Middle Office experience, especially in Rates business is strongly preferred. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in becoming a Middle Office expert, is detail orientated, can communicate well, can work successfully with others as a team, and can take initiative to solve problems & find solutions by working closely with their colleagues, the business and other support and control teams.
- Product Knowledge: Derivative / Cash Knowledge preferred from at least one asset class (e.g. Rates, Credit). - Communication: Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to liaise with large global multi-function departments. - Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Middle Office or operations role. - Organization: Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Preferred: JSDA Registered Representative (Internal Control Manager or Class I preferred). - Desired Level of Qualification: Education: Undergraduate degree level.
