The Senior Fleet Specialist is expected to lead the end-to-end management of the fleet category in indirect procurement at Red Bull Japan and serve as a reliable internal contact for all vehicle-related operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all management processes related to vehicle delivery and return coordination, vendor relationship management, pool vehicle management, data maintenance, traffic violation processing, and invoice verification. Additionally, it drives the optimization of vehicle management processes, ensures cost efficiency and compliance, promotes safety measures, supports budget planning, and leads budget monitoring and reporting.
Practical experience in fleet management, vehicle operations, or related fields (approximately 3-5 years) Knowledge of Japanese road traffic laws and safety regulations Practical experience in vendor management and contract negotiation High communication skills and customer orientation Excellent management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Native Japanese, basic English Experience using Microsoft Office
