Co-lead the localization, definition, delivery and performance of Luxury brands in the assigned region. The role works closely with the regional Commercial, Operations, D&E and Development teams to ensure ‘Hotel Ready’ deployment of initiatives, drive brand and hotel performance and support our growth agenda. Design and implement a system of continuous improvement to ensure competitiveness, consistency and quality of the guest experience, utilizing consumer insights, competitive analysis and system appetite to drive decisions.
Marketing, Communications or Business degree preferred. Min 5 years in luxury hospitality or other consumer-focused luxury sector, preferably within a large multi-national company, with roles focused on marketing and/or brand management.
Experience in a multi-national operating environment within Asia. Superior oral and written communications skills including presentation skills, public speaking ability, and group decision facilitation.
