This position is responsible for providing comprehensive facility and workplace services focused on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance. As the Lead FM, you will manage the tactical delivery of assigned properties/facilities and serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders. There are seven sites in Japan, with the JLL team assigned to three sites, while four sites are managed remotely. Therefore, the team handles not only on-site tasks but also remote tasks, which the Lead FM oversees. The client office location is the headquarters in Hachioji. Service hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:10 PM.
