As a member of the A&G Division, the IT Coordinator / Supervisor works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience. The IT Coordinator / Supervisor maintains and improves the technical systems of a Hotel to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact. Responsibilities include ensuring critical systems are available 24 hours a day, establishing user procedures, providing systems administration, and managing server infrastructure.
Fluent in Japanese and business level of English.
