Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and facilitate collaboration within a team to enhance performance. Management experience: Practical experience in project or program management (3+ years). Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (including business leaders) and experience working with global members. Language skills: Native-level Japanese, business-level English. Deep knowledge of business operations: Understanding of diverse business processes, best practices, and industry trends. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to formulate and implement effective business strategies and respond to challenges. Experience in implementing IT systems: Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems that support business activities. Data analysis and reporting skills: Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and create reports to support decision-making.
Management experience in Salesforce implementation projects or related DX projects. Experience in customer success support or technical support based on Salesforce products. Experience in actively adopting AI for operational improvements. Qualifications in project management/change management.
