5+ years of experience working at a bank in Japan. Knowledge of banking products and services in Japan. Experience drafting internal regulations/circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations. Experience with the Zengin System and Bank of Japan (BOJ) transaction management. The ability to break down complex problems into smaller components. To enjoy working with data. Inherent curiosity and an interest in making a significant impact. Business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Experience being seconded to the Japanese Bankers Association or the Regional Banks Association of Japan. Expertise in data analysis using tools, such as SQL or Excel. Experience engaging in corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices.
