Woven by ToyotaWe are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Global Head of Product Delivery to lead our engineering team in the development and integration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in guiding experts and influencing global stakeholders in the commercialization of automotive technology. A deep understanding of systems engineering, particularly in ADAS technologies, integration, testing, safety, and compliance with industry standards, is important. This role is critical for ensuring our ADAS solutions are seamless.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in system engineering or related roles - Proven track record of end-to-end systems architecture and the integration of ADAS technology into production vehicles - Strong background in software architecture, system design, architecture, and integration in automotive systems - Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal and external teams. Proven success in growing and nurturing multicultural high-performance teams. Experience with Japan is preferred. - Extensive experience with verification and validation of automotive systems - Demonstrated ability to develop and manage safety cases and ensure compliance with industry standards - Experience in establishing and monitoring performance metrics for complex systems - Thrive in ambiguity, embrace the challenge of achieving the company’s mission, and influence a diverse set of stakeholders toward a common goal of delivering the best-in-class products to end users and customers - Familiarity with Machine Learning and building data-driven systems - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for ADAS - A mission-driven leader who believes that the role of technology is to contribute to the common good of humanity - Experience in data-driven autonomy is preferred - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
