BoschCreate, edit and optimize content for the DCJP HUB, transforming complex information into clear, concise and user-friendly content. Support departments in publishing information that is easy to understand and accessible to employees, and establish content guidelines and best practices to improve communication quality and consistency. Help develop and maintain the organization’s knowledge management framework, design information structures that make knowledge easier to find, maintain and share, create sustainable documentation and processes that support long-term knowledge retention, and identify opportunities to improve information accessibility across departments. Analyze employee needs and user journeys within the DCJP HUB, improve navigation, information architecture and content discoverability, support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement with the platform, and ensure information is intuitive, accessible and easy to find. Collect employee feedback and usage insights to identify areas for improvement, analyze user behavior and platform engagement data, recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics, and support communication campaigns and adoption initiatives that encourage employees to actively use the platform. Support the implementation and administration of the DCJP HUB using Microsoft 365 technologies, utilize SharePoint Online and other Microsoft tools to enhance communication and knowledge sharing, explore how solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI and AI technologies can improve employee experience, information accessibility and communication effectiveness, and research digital workplace trends and propose innovative ideas to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing. Lead independent improvement projects from concept through implementation, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, present recommendations and project outcomes to key stakeholders, and build sustainable solutions that provide lasting value beyond the internship period. This internship offers a unique opportunity to shape how employees communicate and access information within a global organization. You will gain practical experience in internal communications, digital workplace strategy, knowledge management, user experience (UX), content strategy, employee engagement, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, AI and digital productivity tools, data-driven continuous improvement, and project management. - Currently enrolled at a university throughout the internship period - Upper-intermediate English proficiency - Available for a minimum of 6 months, preferably up to 12 months - Strong interest in communication, knowledge sharing and digital workplaces - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Independent and proactive working style
- Japanese language skills are preferred - Studies in Communications, Digital Marketing, International Business, Information Systems, Business Administration, UX Design or related fields - Experience with content creation, communications, website management or digital platforms - Interest in user experience, information architecture and employee engagement - Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or analytics tools is beneficial but not required - Interest in AI and emerging workplace technologies - Strong communicator and storyteller - User-focused mindset with empathy for employee needs - Ability to make complex information simple and accessible - Interest in understanding user behavior and improving experiences through data and feedback - Passion for creating sustainable processes, documentation and knowledge resources - Curiosity about how technology can enhance communication and collaboration
- Monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme, as well as the commuting fee - Full support for visa application to stay in Japan for the internship - Applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months or already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance - Housing and flight to Japan are at the responsibility of the Intern
