This position is a solution sales role targeting large to medium-sized enterprises and government agencies in Japan (SME&C), collaborating with leaders in management and business/IT departments to lead the resolution of management issues such as productivity improvement and competitiveness enhancement through business transformation utilizing AI. By proposing and implementing AI solutions and security solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot, you will support the transformation of customer business processes and the overall efficiency of organizations, contributing to the realization of medium- to long-term business growth by providing scalable value in collaboration with partners. You will consistently lead from pipeline creation to closing within a coverage model for a wide range of customer segments, maximizing opportunities for continuous customer relationship building and upselling/cross-selling. You will belong to the
6+ years of experience in solution sales or consultative selling in the IT or technology field Ability to understand customer business challenges and connect them to appropriate solution proposals (including engagement with both management and IT stakeholders) Basic understanding of cloud and AI (e.g., Microsoft 365, Copilot, etc.) Experience in proactively driving the sales process from pipeline creation to closing Ability to provide customer value through collaboration with partners Native-level Japanese proficiency Business-level English proficiency is preferred
