Our division is responsible for creating customer touchpoints through offline channels and driving business growth, with a primary focus on the operation of Rakuten Mobile shops. Our shops are more than just points of contract; they serve as the 'front line of customer engagement,' playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience by offering a cross-section of Rakuten Group services, including telecommunications, fintech, and e-commerce. The Shop Operations Section serves as the 'strategic hub' for retail operations. We oversee everything from the development of our physical store network and backend call center functions to the product development of systems and devices that streamline in-store operations. Within the Shop Construction & Maintenance Group, we lead the optimization of design and construction for store rollouts and manage the entire lifecycle of our store infrastructure. Beyond mere maintenance, our mission is to establish a highly reproducible store-opening scheme by accumulating and standardizing knowledge from rollout projects. Our ultimate goal is to provide an optimal environment for both our customers and 'R CREW' (employees) by creating attractive stores through strategic design, maintenance, and the effective use of equipment and fixtures.

Experience in driving projects while balancing delivery timelines, quality, and costs by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including construction companies, partner firms, and internal departments. Experience in creating schedules, managing progress, identifying issues, and coordinating stakeholders in projects such as new store openings, renovations, repairs, or facility upgrades. Experience in organizing tasks that are dependent on specific individuals and establishing a reproducible operational system through manual creation, standardization, and workflow development. Proficiency in creating progress reports, cost management tables, presentation materials, and proposal documents using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in operational improvement or management flow construction related to facilities, fixtures, repairs, procurement, or infrastructure management. TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
Experience in defining standard specifications or building design/operational processes during a phase of multi-store expansion. Proven track record of optimizing management systems by leveraging IT tools and systems in store development or facility management.
