Strong academic record, with a Bachelor's degree or above from university or institutions. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. Experience driving cross-functional projects. Familiar with ERP and Procurement tools such as Oracle and SAP. Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Experience in business process mapping and technology roadmap development. Hands-on experience with AI and automation technologies such as RPA. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience in change management.
Competitive Salary - Based on experience. Work Hours - Flexible working time. Paid Holiday - 20 days per year (prorated). Sick Leave - 6 days per year (prorated).
