CoupangRocket Now's Ads Strategy Specialist will support the development and execution of Rocket Now’s advertising strategy through data-driven analysis, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to improve advertising performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree required. 6+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, analytics, consulting, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and performance metrics. Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Business proficiency in Japanese and English.
Experience in tech, advertising, or platform businesses. Experience working closely with product and sales teams. Background in consulting or high-growth technology companies. Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset. Experience supporting revenue growth or monetization initiatives.
