Through audits of manufacturing sites and distribution centers in Japan and overseas, we monitor and evaluate compliance with quality policies and related rules, and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement, thereby contributing to quality enhancement across the Shiseido Group as a whole.
Practical experience in quality-related work in manufacturing industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food Basic knowledge of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD Act) and related regulations, as well as basic knowledge of pharmaceutical and cosmetic GMP Logical thinking skills to organize issues structurally based on facts, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements Ability to work in English, including conducting audits of overseas sites and preparing reports
