RakutenThe Auto Business Department is a new business unit launched in anticipation of the once-in-a-century revolution in the automotive industry, including MaaS and connected cars. Our mission is to create a richer car life through digital innovation. We will create new markets by leveraging Rakuten's assets such as car buying and selling, car inspection, parts purchasing, insurance, loans, memberships, and data, as well as partnerships with external parties. The goal is to expand the market share of the reservation platform (car life-related services such as car inspection, car wash, repair, tire replacement, etc., and trading services such as new car test drive reservation, purchase, used car sales, etc.) and the number of users of cross-product (Rakuten Car app, catalog, magazine, etc.). In this position, you will be in charge of product planning, marketing planning, and execution as a person in charge of the reservation platform or cross-product operations. Specific duties include planning, execution, and improvement of products to increase the number of users of reservation platforms and cross-functional products, planning, execution, and improvement of promotions to increase the number of users of the reservation platform and cross-functional products, planning, execution, and improvement of cross-business and collaborative campaigns with Rakuten and other business units, survey and analysis of users, KPI management, utilization of various marketing tools, and reporting.
