- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Planning Manager. - Proven experience analyzing business processes and translating them into clear business and system requirements. - Strong technical ability to read and understand API specifications and technical documentation, and translate them into detailed product requirements. - Native or Business level Japanese proficiency - Willingness to communicate in English (using translation tools or generative AI is perfectly fine)
- Knowledge of banking operations, including account opening, identity verification (eKYC), AML/CFT, lending, inheritance procedures, customer information updates, and customer support. - Experience developing mobile applications. - Experience driving product growth through growth hacking or growth-focused product initiatives. - Experience designing intuitive and user-centered UI/UX. - Experience leading data-driven product development. - Business-level English proficiency.
