The Associate Market Researcher is a position within the market intelligence team that continuously researches the latest trends in the IT, AI, and SaaS markets surrounding Salesforce, supporting internal decision-making and business activities. The main tasks include investigating domestic and international IT-related news and product announcements, collecting event and conference information, creating reports, updating internal dashboards and existing content, and updating the knowledge of the internal AI agent.
