Business Overview In a group that develops a variety of businesses, including Internet-related businesses centered on e-commerce, finance, and telecommunication-related businesses, the advertising business utilizing IDs, data, and media plays an extremely important role in terms of not only revenue but also marketing support for all participating businesses. This organization is responsible for the planning and development of the platform, as well as supporting its implementation and utilization by each business and client, thereby laying the foundation for further growth. Department Overview In the field of digital advertising, which is becoming more sophisticated and complex along with the expansion of the market, we will provide technical support, plan, and introduction in business promotion utilizing the largest media and data in Japan, contributing to profit expansion and product value improvement of each business. Specifically, you will be involved in the promotion of concepts, planning, and utilization of data management platforms and measurement platforms.
Product planning experience in the IT/Internet industry (over 5 years): Experience leading a series of processes from identifying customer issues to suggesting solutions, defining requirements, developing roadmaps, and driving execution. Experience in managing teams and projects (over 3 years). Deep insights into the advertising and marketing business and high sensitivity to the latest trends. Experience in managing large-scale business transformation projects or projects that cross multiple divisions. Experience in identifying and solving problems based on data analysis.
Customer Success Experience in IT/Internet Industry (5+ years): A track record of working for major companies and multiple customers, strategically helping customers succeed, and contributing to LTV improvement. Business Sales Experience in IT/Internet Industry (5+ years): Highly experienced in solution-proposing sales for large and strategic customers, and coaching experience for teams and juniors. Proposal sales experience with an emphasis on relationships at major manufacturers (over 5 years): A track record of building long-term trust with customers and contributing to problem resolution through proposals to management. As a product manager, I have consistently led from strategy formulation to development, introduction, and growth.
