We are establishing a new Agentic Business Application team within the AI Business Solutions division. This team aims to redefine the way business is conducted in the AI era and create new markets. Working alongside AI Business Consultants, this specialized team will tackle large-scale and strategic projects across industries to achieve business transformation for our customers. The position we are recruiting for is a core role in this team, focusing on Solution Engineering (pre-sales). You will lead the proposal of the next-generation business platform, Agentic ERP, which combines Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain with Copilot and Agents. Microsoft aims to integrate automation, prediction, and decision-making support through AI, realizing a new way of doing business that transcends traditional ERP frameworks. In this role, you will conceptualize solutions using Dynamics 365, Copilot, and Agents to address complex and fundamental management issues, leading the process from proposal to closing. This role goes beyond mere product proposals; it involves redesigning corporate business processes and driving business transformation. You will collaborate with sales, partners, and global teams to drive transformation for large enterprises and create new standards in the market. This position offers a challenging environment where you can create both customer value and business outcomes in the rapidly evolving field of AI × ERP.
Experience with Dynamics 365 F&SC is welcome, but candidates with experience in proposals, implementations, and business reforms in core business areas such as SAP, Oracle, domestic ERP, SCM, and accounting systems are also broadly applicable. We emphasize a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to design and propose customer value based on that understanding, rather than limiting to specific product experience. Additionally, we value a high willingness to learn new technologies and an interest in business transformation based on AI / Copilot / Agent areas, along with practical experience. ■ Required Skills - Understanding and practical experience in ERP or core business areas (Finance / SCM, etc.) - Ability to translate customer issues into business processes and propose based on scenarios - Pre-sales skills (proposal, demo, storytelling) * Not just functional explanations, but the ability to construct business transformation stories using Agents - Executive communication skills to convey business value and transformation significance to CxOs, business departments, and IT departments - Ability to collaborate with sales and internal/external stakeholders to drive projects
