The Industry Consultant (Customer Front) [Manufacturing and Distribution] redefines the value/experience that customers (consumers, corporate clients, and employees) seek, aiming to achieve sustainable business growth through deep industry insights and being a key consulting group for realizing customer-centric transformations. One of the following: Experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, or technology consulting. Experience in corporate planning, business planning, business development, service planning, marketing strategy, sales planning, or customer service operations. Experience in technology strategy, system implementation, DX promotion, IT consulting, PMO, or support experience.
