Job Description: This position involves engaging in three main areas: vendor management, quality management, and cost management. You will execute continuous improvement activities, work towards stable operations, and facilitate communication with outsourcing partners to carry out improvement activities and projects. In vendor management, you will understand warehouse and delivery operations related to medical devices, track KPIs timely and accurately with outsourcing partners, identify and organize issues, and work towards solutions. You will also understand the productivity and cost structure of each process in warehousing and delivery, using methods such as Lean to implement improvements and cost reductions. You will take preventive measures and corrective actions to achieve damage and error rate targets, collaborating with the managers of outsourcing partners on activities such as Good Saves and 5S. You will respond flexibly and positively to irregular cases according to business needs. You will acquire necessary knowledge regarding EHS, SOx, and related regulations, understand their impact on operations, and promote understanding among outsourcing partner leaders and the team. In quality management, you will understand the quality control processes based on internal regulations and procedures, support the establishment of procedures for outsourcing partners, and act as a point of contact for training. You will understand various changes from overseas and manufacturers, domestic changes, and revisions, and be able to assess the impact of changes and respond to related procedure and manual updates. In business management, you will facilitate business improvement projects with outsourcing partners, including cost reduction, by executing coordination and negotiations with various departments. You will be involved in supplier selection and contracts, managing outsourcing partners and suppliers, and executing contract renewals and memorandums in collaboration with purchasing staff. You will monitor purchase order balances and ensure compliance with established standards. You will identify priority issues in warehouse and delivery operations, determine necessary corrective actions, and take appropriate measures. You will participate in internal change management processes involving operational changes, leading collaboration and information sharing with team members and other DC members.
