This position is for a functional IT expert who possesses deep IT technical capabilities to lead IT solutions within the finance and accounting (FI/CO) domain under a unified global system environment ("One Single Instance"). As part of the Global IT organization, you will serve as a hub receiving requests, tax regulatory changes, and regional requirements from Regional IT teams. Maintaining a focus on global standards and global templates, you will hands-on lead upper-process tasks including requirements definition and solution design. Utilizing cutting-edge IT platforms such as S/4HANA and IBP, you will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and the optimization of global financial operations.
- Experience: Approximately 10 years of IT experience, particularly strong practical experience in SAP FI-CO within the finance and accounting domain - Global project experience: Proven track record of leading or delivering SAP implementations in a "One Single Instance" environment at a global company or IT consulting firm - Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA (latest version) and core financial processes (general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, etc.) - Language skills: Bilingual fluency in business-level Japanese and English for global communication and inter-regional collaboration
