The Manager of ANA and Japan Partnerships will be responsible for supporting the analysis of performance trends, understanding the competitive environment, and implementing tactical partnership initiatives to drive member acquisition, retention, share of wallet, engagement and revenue across the designated region. This position will work collaboratively with commercial, operational and marketing colleagues across the region to support growing partnership performance across all brands. This role will also execute the in-market plan for our strategic Joint Venture, ANA. **Key Accountabilities** • Lead the execution of the in-market plan for ANA in Japan • Execute on and above-property revenue-driving & member acquisition tactics to accelerate loyalty & commercial performance for both mainstream and luxury brands • Manage tracking of partnership performance in each market (e.g., acquisition, contribution) and implementing partnership tactics to optimize performance and deliver contribution and incremental revenue • Help represent the program & partnerships in regional commercial forums and ensure that tangible insights are effectively communicated and action plans developed to address challenges, exploit opportunities and drive growth • Collaborate with Loyalty Performance team to ensure that regional needs are appropriately incorporated into the global Loyalty & Partnership strategy • Communicate and integrate global Loyalty & Partnership plans with Business Unit plans and ensure a robust feedback loop • Optimize performance for growing portfolio of market partners in region **Key Skills & Experiences** Education • Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience • 5+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in strategy, consulting, professional services and/or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality Technical Skills and Knowledge • Industry Knowledge - Experience and understanding of loyalty programs, the hotel industry and global consumer trends • Driving Results - Generate positive business results through successful implementation • Leading Change - Proven track record driving innovation in a complex, global organization • Collaboration - Collaborate with and lead cross-functional, global teams • Influencing with Impact - Work across functions to drive commercial performance and marketing in region • Effective Communicator - Present to all levels of the organization and build internal & external relationships • Problem Solving – Perform root cause analysis to identify and solve both operational and tactical issues • Project Management - Demonstrate project management skills in organizing, planning and executing plans across the business • Other - Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
