Position Role As a member of Professional Services, you will be responsible for identifying customer challenges from the pre-sales stage to implementing solutions. Alternatively, you will co-create product development with customers to maximize the success rate of existing projects. You will also directly contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform by leveraging these experiences. This position is not a title but indicates a technical area of expertise within the Professional Services organization. Depending on the project and organizational situation, you will work on solving challenges in various areas.
