Manage the team and people, focusing on culture transformation, competency management, and talent development. Report to local management, the sales unit in ASEAN, and business units in Germany.
- 10 years and above experience in Logistics or 5 years and above experience in Logistic planning - Strong Customer focus and result orientation - Strong CIP mind-set on process optimization - Strong sense of ownership and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, including bilingual capability (English & Japanese)
