To accelerate the growth of Rakuten Fashion, we are seeking new members to join our marketing team. Our mission is to deepen customer understanding based on data and maximize customer acquisition and purchase frequency. To that end, we are responsible for executing and improving each marketing initiative and constantly pursuing new challenges. Within the team, we foster an open atmosphere where data-driven discussions are actively encouraged, and members collaborate to pursue improvements. Your proposals leveraging your data analysis skills will be actively adopted. We are looking for individuals who can leverage Rakuten Group's abundant resources without being bound by existing frameworks, and who can independently identify issues and create solutions. Data processing and analysis skills, and business communication skills Practical experience using SQL for data processing and aggregation Practical experience using Python for data processing and data analysis Practical experience using Excel for data aggregation
Fundamental knowledge of statistics Experience in designing and building KPI dashboards using BI tools Project Management experience Experience in e-commerce, the fashion industry, or related fields Experience in digital marketing
You will handle Japan's largest product sales and purchasing data, and gain a deep understanding of Rakuten's data structure. There are also many untapped data territories, and your analysis has the potential to unlock new discoveries. You will be involved in the entire process from planning new projects/strategies to execution and review through data analysis. Your analysis will lead to important decisions that will shape the future of Rakuten Fashion. You will have the opportunity to discuss analysis results and strategies directly with management (executives, senior managers), and develop a management perspective. Because we are a growing service, you can actively take on new initiatives. Utilize the latest analytical methods and tools to create value that no one has ever seen before. As a stakeholder in various data utilization initiatives, you will hone your data collection and analysis skills by engaging in daily discussions within the marketing organization.
